Server Assistant — 450 Gradi 450 Gradi | Coral Gables, FL Starting at $800/week | 1099 Position | Part-Time to Start 450 Gradi is looking for an ambitious, reliable, and hardworking Server Assistant to join our team. We are a small restaurant where everyone works together, so this is a hands-on position . You will assist servers, food run, help with tables, support the bar and learn basic bartending, restock, clean, and assist wherever needed during service. Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is fast, motivated, dependable, comfortable working under pressure, and willing to learn. Bilingual applicants, especially English/Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply. Other languages are also welcome. You must be comfortable with late nights, long shifts when needed, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs. This is not a temporary position, and applicants must be looking for a consistent opportunity with our team. We are currently starting with part-time hours due to the slower season, with increased/full-time hours expected during the holidays. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 position. Contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes.
