Responsibilities Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Support food running duties by delivering orders efficiently from the kitchen to guests while ensuring food safety standards are upheld Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing dining surfaces, restrooms, and service stations to maintain high hygiene standards Handle manual lifting of trays, boxes, and supplies using safe lifting practices to support kitchen and service team needs Manage food handling responsibilities with care, ensuring proper storage and adherence to food safety regulations Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and processing when required for guest services Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards essential for maintaining hygiene excellence Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting techniques Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members in person Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory Banquet experience or large event service background is a plus for versatile hospitality support Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and hospitality standards Join us in creating a vibrant atmosphere where guest satisfaction is our top priority!
