As a Server, you know what it takes to create a personalized experience for guests. You will be responsible for presenting food and beverage options and will focus on guests within the dining room area of the Sports Bar.

You know the playing field. You have prior service experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You are also of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (per applicable law) and are certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service requirements. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy Experience in upselling menu items and promoting guest engagement is a plus Ability to handle food preparation tasks when required and support kitchen staff during busy hours Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to create unforgettable experiences.
