Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, hospitality-driven environment! With your culinary knowledge and food industry expertise, you'll help create memorable dining moments that keep guests coming back. This position offers a lively atmosphere where teamwork, hospitality, and a passion for food shine through every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend popular dishes, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety. Check in with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently. Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry excellence is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing; previous cashiering experience is beneficial.
