Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Slice POS Prepare simple food items when necessary, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality presentation and customer satisfaction Manage cash register operations including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bus tables, and assist with basic kitchen duties as needed to support food safety standards Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments with cashier responsibilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and sanitation practices Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through energetic service and efficient operations!
