Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS Support kitchen staff with food handling, preparation, and safe manual handling practices for heavy lifting Ensure all dining areas are clean by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing needs with enthusiasm Follow food safety standards during food running and handling to uphold health regulations Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours and banquet events Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
