In this pivotal role, you will participate in daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and efficient teamwork. Your role will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, possesses strong team support skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties Ensure all food preparation and service meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations Operate POS system such as Square POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Ensure Checklists and policies are consistently followed and enforced Ensure high service standards are met Maintain consistent communication with the kitchen and Kitchen Manager for smooth service Cross train host position Experience Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing (required) Experience in hospitality Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and follow inventory control processes (required) Experience with taking inventory (beer and wine) (preferred) Experience in reading & participating in a reservation system Ability to thrive and work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment.
