Responsibilities Greet residents and guests and provide attentive table service. Take meal and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff. Serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to dietary guidelines. Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations are clean and organized. Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Assist residents with menu selections and special requests as appropriate. Handle basic payment or meal tracking processes as required by the facility. Collaborate with dietary, nursing, and housekeeping teams to support resident care. Report any resident concerns or issues to supervisors promptly. Participate in ongoing training to maintain service and safety standards.
