As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders TOAST POS and handheld device. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to provide recommendations to guests. Ensure cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, following proper food safety protocols. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction. Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
