FreshCo Fish Market & Grill 8455 NW 53rd Street, Suite G103 Doral, FL 33166 FreshCo Fish Market & Grill is hiring a dependable and hardworking Server Assistant to join our Doral team. This position supports the servers and helps ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist with seating when needed Provide water, utensils, napkins, and other table items Deliver food and beverages to guests Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly ssist servers with guest requests Keep the dining room and service areas clean and organized Restock service stations and supplies Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Dependable and punctual Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are preferred Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
