We are seeking Server Assistants who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a seamless and memorable guest experience. This is not a traditional "busser" position. Our Server Assistants play an active role in guest service: supporting our captains (servers), engaging with guests, assisting with food and beverage service, and helping maintain the high standards of our dining room. Responsibilities Support captains by assisting with food and beverage delivery to guests Provide knowledgeable assistance about menu items and Italian cuisine Offer dessert or drink suggestions if needed, or assist in guiding the guest when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, ensuring tables and stations are prepared for each service Assist in resetting tables efficiently while preserving the overall atmosphere of the restaurant Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience Communicate effectively with team members to ensure impeccable service What We're Looking For A warm, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality Interest in Italian cuisine, wines, and culture (training provided) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to assist guests with basic questions about the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations Previous experience in an upscale dining environment is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
