Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
