Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm for food and hospitality will help create memorable dining moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and suggestive selling strategies Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your hospitality talents will shine!
