Support the kitchen team by performing light food preparation tasks when needed. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely service. Handle food safely according to established food safety protocols and hygiene standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders or relay special requests when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices. Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Strong communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Experience with POS systems like Jonas POS or Micros POS is a plus. Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, and basic food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
