The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant's food and beverage preparation Sell alcohol and food items Share menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredients Enter and complete customers' orders on computer system; accept different types of payment and make change Actively listen with a friendly demeanor during guest interactions to anticipate needs Deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency Fill and refill beverages, clear tables, and manage multiple tables Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Dedication to becoming a "seller" and not an "order taker". Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization Clear and reset tables as needed. Follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines Report to work in a neat and clean uniform; maintain well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by company policy Guide guests in beer and spirit selections while demonstrating strong wine knowledge Perform other duties as directed A Server should possess the following

Qualifications & Experience:

Ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better Experience with payment processing and basic math skills Basic computer skills Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Knowledge of workplace safety procedures Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and teamwork Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist Must be at least 18 years old Here are some of the perks we offer our
