Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to proper sanitation standards. Ensure all tables are clean and properly set for guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary skills when required. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Promote menu items and specials to increase sales opportunities. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Experience working in a nightclub or high-energy environment is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
