Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food safety practices Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed to ensure timely service Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables promptly and courteously Qualifications Must have serving experience.
