Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation, beverage service—including spirits and cocktail mixing—and food safety protocols Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food handling, serving, bussing tables, cashiering, and guest relations Hospitality background or prior server experience highly desirable; host/hostess experience is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that keep guests coming back!
