Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bar tending duties including cocktail mixing, and bussing tables as needed Build rapport with guests by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and managing guest relations effectively Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales management Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience memorable!
