Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices to ensure safety standards are met Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food industry operations including serving techniques, upselling strategies, and guest engagement Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment!
