Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold food safety and sanitation standards Skills Proven experience with square Strong culinary knowledge and food industry experience to confidently discuss menu items and ingredients Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Previous serving or host/host experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction management Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
