Job Summary Join our vibrant all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant team as a server and become a key part of delivering an exceptional dining experience! We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals with relevant restaurant experience to provide outstanding service in a lively, fast-paced environment. As a server, you will engage with guests, ensure their satisfaction, and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes our restaurant stand out. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic culinary setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the hot pot dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met Assist guests with food handling, safety protocols, and proper use of hot pot equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and managing waste effectively Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and food safety practices as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or high-volume settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue Experience with serving in nightclub or hospitality settings is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments!
