Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service, and dining areas Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Prior experience with OpenTable reservations or similar booking platforms is a plus Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities

Pay:

$23.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
