Job Responsibilities:

Extend warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service from the moment they arrive. Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests, and promptly checking for guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Maintain attentive and courteous service, consistently upholding Cheeca Lodge and Spa's high service standards. Perform essential duties, including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and ensuring cleanliness in accordance with health standards. Possess a thorough understanding of the menu, daily specials, and the restaurant's unique offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times and actively participate in team briefings.

Skills and Experience:

Must be at least 18 years old. Previous Server experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Basic computer literacy. Fluent in English, with a basic knowledge of food and beverage; Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor. NO FACIAL or
