Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostessing, or food industry roles is highly desirable Join us to deliver outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression!
