In this energetic role, you will support our servers and kitchen staff by ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, customer service, and restaurant operations while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contribution to our team's success. Responsibilities Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food and beverages promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and resetting for new guests Support food preparation tasks under supervision to ensure timely service delivery Handle food safety practices by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards Support banquet events by setting up tables, assisting with service, and ensuring guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience in banquet service, hotel hospitality, or culinary environments is advantageous Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
