• We are seeking a passionate and energetic Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and deliver a memorable experience will be key to our success.
• Responsibilities
• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

Present the menu and explain organic ingredients, healthy options, and daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service. Answer customer questions regarding ingredients, allergens, and dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations. Refill beverages, check on guests during their meals, and address any concerns promptly. Process customer payments accurately and provide receipts. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Promote café products, seasonal items, and healthy meal recommendations when appropriate.
