Ice Cream Server

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, floats, and other frozen treats promptly and accurately Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, counters, and seating zones Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and change distribution Upsell additional products or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to ensure efficient operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to bring joy through sweet treats while honing your skills in food preparation, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
