Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for food and beverage service is a plus!
