If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing exceptional guest service, and want the opportunity to earn great money, we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
Previous serving experience preferred but not necessary. Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week), preferably someone who is not busy with school or child care related inflexibility. Weekend availability required. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to stay focused and off your phone during scheduled shifts. Honest, dependable, and team-oriented. Previous experience serving large parties, including families and youth/adult sports teams of up to 50 guests, is a huge plus.
Responsibilities :
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials. Deliver food and drinks promptly. Handle cash and credit card transactions. Keep work areas clean and organized. Successfully manage multiple tables and large group dining experiences. Work efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Compensation:
Quality servers are currently averaging $175-$400 per 8-hour shift through wages and tips. Weekly pay, tips and hourly.
