Server/Key Holder

Keyholder/Server Smith's American Tavern - Lakeland, FL Smith's American Tavern is seeking a responsible, service-driven Server with potential to become a keyholder to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced server who's ready to take on added responsibility and help lead daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Assist with opening and closing procedures Support the team by holding peers accountable and setting a positive tone Communicate effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams

Required Qualifications:

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays - SUNDAYS

ARE A MUST.

Please do not apply if you can not work Sundays. Age 21+ recommended due to alcohol service Prior serving experience required Bar knowledge and basic bartending skills preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail
