Bear opened in February of last year, and now we are opening our second and current largest location in Florida! Join our Mr. Bear team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests! In this vibrant role, you'll be the friendly face of our establishment, expertly managing food and beverage service while efficiently processing sales transactions. Your culinary knowledge and customer service skills will shine as you deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, lively environment. Whether taking orders, serving drinks, or handling cash, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Chowbus POS, Square POS, OpenTable, etc. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food prep when needed Support the team by assisting with food safety protocols, beverage service, and ensuring guest relations are positive at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse needs professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and supporting team members Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a lively team where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
