Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or spirits pairings to assist guests effectively Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent guest relations by responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues with a positive attitude Support opening or closing duties as assigned to ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with toast system for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Good math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment Join us as a Server if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
