Responsibilities Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Assist servers with bussing duties, including removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils. Support food safety standards by handling dishes and food items with proper manual handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness in all service areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow. Assist with light food preparation or setup as needed to support kitchen operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper cleaning procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, including lifting trays, boxes, or supplies. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for processing orders efficiently. Strong communication skills and in-person customer service experience are essential. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts. Experience with banquet service or large event settings is advantageous but not required.
