Made from scratch and fresh to order, our menu features fresh greens, perfectly seasoned rices, hand cut roasted veggies, and hormone and antibiotic free grilled meats. All of our food is cooked with 100% Olive Oil and our entire menu is 100% Gluten Free. Our

LINE SERVERS

are responsible for helping our guests build bowls, and offering a fun, fast, and friendly guest experience, in a way that's consistent with our mission and values. If you are looking for a fun place to work and make money, a place to build relationships, and an opportunity to give back to the community and planet…we night be the perfect match! •The compensation range for our Line Servers is from $15/hr - $21/hr (including tips). Some locations may receive even higher tip ranges•

THE BASICS

Must be committed to living by our core values Must love connecting with people and making their days brighter Maintain professionalism and a high standard of hospitality when interacting with all guests Welcomes our guests, infoms them of new menus items, makes suggestions, and highlights our food ethos Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings and able to answer guest questions Help build beautiful bowls for our guests with accurate portioning Take an active role in ensuring our food, cleanliness, and safety standards of the restaurant Help keep the restaurant service line and restaurant, clean, and looking fresh. Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed.
