Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the front counter Take and process food orders accurately using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and dining space Operate kitchen equipment safely to assist with food preparation when needed Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide friendly assistance with customer inquiries, take-out orders, and delivery coordination Support retail sales transactions at the front counter, including processing credit card payments Ensure all food safety regulations are followed diligently for a safe dining environment Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong background in food service customer order management, cashiering, or retail sales transactions Familiarity with POS systems Culinary or kitchen experience that demonstrates knowledge of food handling and safety practices Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant or café setting is highly desirable Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred Join us and be part of a lively team dedicated to serving delicious pizza while creating memorable experiences for our guests!
