Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or cruise ship setting Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test Must be able to obtain a valid passport and travel internationally
