is a three floor restaurant, music, and creative space in the heart of Edgewater, where chef driven food, a full bar, sushi, and live DJ energy come together under one roof. We're open seven days a week and we're building a team that brings real hospitality to a room that never stands still. The Role We're looking for experienced, high energy servers who know how to read a table, sell with confidence, and deliver polished service in a fast paced, music forward environment. You'll be the face of FEEL for our guests, from relaxed weekday dinners to packed event nights with artists and private parties. What You'll Do Deliver warm, attentive, professional service from greeting to farewell Know the menu inside and out, including sushi, cocktails, wine, and daily features, and guide guests with confident recommendations Enter orders accurately in Toast and manage coursing and timing with the kitchen Work as a team with bartenders, back servers, runners, and bussers to keep tables clean and food moving Support service across all three floors as needed during events and peak nights Follow opening, side work, and closing procedures and keep your section guest ready at all times Handle guest feedback gracefully and loop in management when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of full service serving experience in a high volume or upscale restaurant Strong menu knowledge and a natural ability to upsell Toast POS experience is a plus Polished appearance and professional presence Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Team first attitude, reliable, and coachable Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Florida Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain one upon hire) Compensation and Perks Competitive base hourly rate A chunky and lucrative tip pool.
