Duties and Responsibilities:

Take and deliver customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any questions and concerns they may have. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Past experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
