Following a comprehensive renovation, our private, members-only club is seeking professional, enthusiastic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Fine Dining Servers. This role is crucial in maintaining the club's reputation for exceptional dining experiences, complementing our commitment to outstanding service and excellence.

Job Description:

As a Server, you will play an essential role in our dining operations by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to our members and their guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that dining experiences at Burnt Pine Country Club meet and exceed the high expectations associated with our prestigious club.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably, providing menus and explaining daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and recommend menu items or wine pairings, enhancing the overall dining experience. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to the club's high standards of service. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including all ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained, setting up and breaking down tables as required. Process payments and complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory control and management. Address and resolve any member or guest concerns with professionalism and patience. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. Must be able to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 35 pounds. Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching as required to perform serving duties. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes in service flow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
