LEAD SERVER We're looking for a strong, dependable Lead Server to join our growing team! This is more than just a serving position. We're looking for someone who can help set the tone on the floor—leading by example, maintaining high standards, and bringing a positive attitude even when things get busy. What we're looking for: A natural leader with a great attitude Dependable, trustworthy, and someone who always does the right thing Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and keeping up with the pace Adaptable and willing to roll with the changes that come with a growing business Open to learning new systems and helping others navigate change Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and maintaining high standards Someone who helps create a positive environment for both guests and staff This position will start at approximately 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the restaurant continues to grow. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and abilities. This position will also receive tip-out. We have an exciting year ahead with a lot of growth and change, and we're looking for someone who wants to be a key part of that journey.
