About the Role The Server plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience within a refined, service-focused environment. This position is responsible for providing attentive, professional, and courteous service while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate understands and upholds the standards of a luxury residential community, demonstrates a polished demeanor, and takes pride in exceeding guest expectations. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a courteous, professional manner Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items and preparation Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery Process payments accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and management Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, club, or hospitality environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Work Environment This position operates in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to established service standards.
