• The Country Club of Naples The Country Club of Naples is currently seeking a full-time, year-round server to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team.

This position is ideal for a dedicated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about delivering world-class service.

Position Summary:

As a server, you will play a vital role in ensuring a superior dining and social experience for our members and their guests. You will be responsible for food and drink service, event support, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and in full uniform, ready to provide excellent service. Assist with event setups and breakdowns, organizing supplies, and resetting spaces. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area. Ensure your section or event station is properly prepped with necessary supplies and equipment. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and answer questions with confidence and courtesy. Professionally present, open, and serve wine. Adhere to all club policies and local/state alcohol service laws and guidelines. Promptly communicate service or dining-related issues to management. Handle member transactions using the Northstar POS system. Follow health and safety protocols, including proper storage of equipment and linens post-event. Treat all members, guests, and team members with professionalism and respect at all times.

Qualifications:

Prior serving experience in a high-end hospitality or private club setting preferred. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure with attention to detail. Polished, well-groomed appearance in line with club standards. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong sense of teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
