We're looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable servers to join our launch team. We're looking for team members who love providing excellent service, working in a collaborative environment, and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive, professional table service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages while maintaining a high level of hospitality. Deliver dishes to guests seated at the bar, working closely with the bartender. Manage assigned tables, process payments, and address guest requests. Ensure the dining room and service stations are clean and organized. Participate in opening and closing procedures and other daily tasks. Support colleagues during busy lunch and dinner service periods. Adhere to food safety procedures and responsible alcohol service guidelines. What We're Looking For Previous experience in restaurant service is a plus. A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team spirit and a willingness to help out where needed. Reliability, punctuality, and motivation. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and Italian or French cuisine is a plus. Schedule and Compensation We offer both part-time and full-time positions , with shifts available at lunchtime, in the afternoon, in the evening, and on weekends. Flexible scheduling is possible depending on the restaurant's needs and employee availability. The starting wage is $11.98 per hour + tips, in accordance with current wage laws and the restaurant's tipping policy. Higher pay may be considered based on experience, skills, and motivation.
