Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, reliable Hookah Server / Host to join our evening team. The main focus of this role is delivering great customer service and creating a welcoming vibe for our guests. We are looking for someone who knows the basics of hookah—including how to pack a good bowl, mix flavors, and manage coals—and is dedicated to keeping our guests happy and relaxed.
Key Responsibilities Guest Hospitality:
Welcome guests, answer questions about our menu, and help tables choose flavor combinations they will enjoy.
Preparation & Setup:
Carefully prepare, pack, and light hookahs according to our standard lounge procedures to ensure a smooth, quality smoke.
Tableside Service:
Regularly check in on tables to refresh coals, clear ash, and make sure the hookah is smoking well throughout the night.
Order Taking:
Keep an eye on guests to offer beverage refills, snacks, or hookah rebuilds during their stay.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Clean, sanitize, and pack away pipes, hoses, and bases after use so they are perfectly ready for the next guest.
Required Skills & Qualifications Hookah Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of hookah setups, common shisha brands, and proper coal rotation.
Customer Service Focus:
Previous experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a nightlife environment where guest satisfaction was a priority.
Great Attitude:
Friendly, approachable, and a team player who can handle busy evening rushes with a smile.
Offsite Event Operations:
Assist with packing equipment, transporting gear, setting up, and breaking down mobile hookah stations at private events and parties.
Availability:
Able to work evening and late-night shifts, including weekends.
Age Requirement:
Must be of legal age to handle and serve tobacco products in our area.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
