Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room according to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly manage cash register operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Familiarity with culinary terms, food preparation, and sanitation practices is advantageous. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
