Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing excellent guest relations from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and guest expectations. Demonstrate proficiency in food industry standards such as sanitation, proper serving techniques, and food safety regulations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities A passion for hospitality is essential Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
