Job Description We are looking for friendly, energetic, and professional Hosts/Servers to join the team at Fat Johnny's BBQ. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, ensure guests feel welcome, and deliver a memorable dining experience. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for great BBQ, we'd love to meet you! Server Duties Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, allergens, or preparation methods. Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied and handle any issues promptly. Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
