Operations Job Overview:
Embassair FBO is seeking a professional and service-oriented Lounge Server / Lounge Attendant to provide an exceptional hospitality experience to passengers, crew members, and guests. This position is responsible for food and beverage service, lounge presentation, and inventory management of beverages and snacks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and be able to work a rotating 24/7 schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Welcome passengers, crew members, and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve beverages, coffee, snacks, and light refreshments in the lounge and VIP areas. Maintain lounge cleanliness, organization, and presentation always. Monitor inventory levels of beverages, snacks, and supplies. Receive deliveries and organize stock according to company standards. Prepare daily inventory reports and communicate replenishment needs. Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are followed. Support special events, VIP arrivals, and catering requests when required. Coordinate with Customer Experience Representatives and Operations staff to ensure seamless service. Assist with opening and closing duties for each shift.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum of 18 years of age A valid state driver's license Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's applicable insurance policies Ability to successfully and timely complete training programs Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions Ability to perform simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions, angles, degrees, time) Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company. Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lounge service, hotel, restaurant, or FBO environment preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to lift and organize beverage and snack inventory. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
