We specialize in online and delivery orders with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and consistency. We are looking for dependable Expo team members who can keep the kitchen organized and ensure every order leaves correctly and on time. Responsibilities Organize and manage incoming tickets during service Check food quality, accuracy, and presentation before orders leave the kitchen Package delivery orders correctly and efficiently Communicate with grill, fry, prep, and sandwich stations to maintain smooth kitchen flow Maintain fast ticket times during high-volume rushes Restock packaging supplies and sauces throughout shifts Keep expo station clean and organized Assist other kitchen stations when needed Requirements Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and sense of urgency Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for long periods Weekend and night availability preferred Restaurant experience preferred but willing to train hardworking candidates What We're Looking For Fast-paced workers Strong communicators Team players Dependable employees People who stay organized under pressure This is a high-volume ghost kitchen environment focused heavily on delivery and online orders.
